I called and the phone was answered promptly. Next day service.
We were called when they were on their way to our house ahead of schedule. Kirk, a very polite nice young man arrived at our door and assessed our issue we were having. Kirk then wrote up a quote and explained what needed to be done. We were given three estimates from what was the best option for us down to what could be done at a minimum. We agreed on the work and Kirk got to work quickly.
He took every precaution to keep the areas clean. We are very pleased with all his work and patience with us. We will be having Kirk back soon to deal with some other issues he found during the free full home inspection. Great work.
